As most probably know, the Supreme Court will hear the Hobby Lobby case. I previously blogged about this in July last year. It should be interesting to see where this goes. Like my colleague Garrett Epps I tend to think that Hobby Lobby will win, (see his article in The Atlantic here), not because it has the best of the law or because it ought to win but because it has the money on its side. Haley Sweetland Edwards over at the Washington Monthly puts the case in the larger perspective in her article “The Corporate Free Speech Racket” in The Washington Monthly.
